That this is an application for quashing the order dated 15.06.2021 passed by the Collector, Sitamarhi in Aganbari App. Case No.

20/2016, by which he has upheld the order dated 11.04.2016 passed by the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi in Case No. 13/2015, by

Patna High Court CWJC No.17450 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari, as well as for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or writs or direction/ directions to the respondents to select the petitioner as Aganbari Sevika at centre no. 120 Marhia Gram Panchayat, Project Sonbarsa, District-Sitamarhi in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
