Taking into consideration that the petitioner was caught on the spot and he carries criminal antecedents of near about four cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 282 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi stands rejected.
However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
