Petitioner is accused in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries are simple in nature. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial
