This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Dholbajja (Kadwa) P.S. Case No.26 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 365, 368, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2022. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has accompanied the father of the girl namely, Yogesh Yadav @ Tuntun Yadav, in kidnapping the victim for the purposes of marriage. The co-accused Yogesh Yadav @ Tuntun Yadav, who
