2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 413 , 414 and 34 of Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on secret information , a raid was conducted in the house of co-accused Vivek Paswan and on search two stolen motorcycles were recovered and the name of this petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused person .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons are involved in the present case . Petitioner has got 5 criminal antecedents.
