Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Four unknown miscreants allegedly committed murder of the husband of the informant. The brother of the deceased was there but he could not identify the assailant. The informant suspects that due to land dispute, the offence has been managed.

Submission is that only material is confessional statement of the co-accused before the police. Though the petitioner is accused in some criminal cases but all are of trivial nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15897 of 2018 (2) dt.21-03-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bakhri Police Station Case No.357 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
