Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411,420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b), 26,35 of Arms Act. From the house of the petitioner, four used cartridges and one live cartridge was recovered. Petitioner has got a long list of criminal antecedent, however, he is in custody since 18.05.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges if the charge has not been framed as yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khajauli Police
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5435 of 2021(5) dt.28-06-2021 2/2 Station Case No.15 of 2020 corresponding to C.R.I.No.200 of 2020 with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
