It is pointed out by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that inadvertently, it has been observed in the order dated 11.08.2023 that petitioner is a "man of clean antecedent" whereas, antecedent of petitioner was duly disclosed on affidavit vide paragraph no. 3 where it was shown that petitioner found involved in three more criminal cases and accordingly, prayed to delete the observation regarding clean antecedent.

In view of submission as made above, observation as made regarding antecedent of petitioner which was observed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49559 of 2023(3) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 clean vide order dated 11.08.2023, be ignored. This order shall be treated as the part of order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49559 of 2023. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J.) pooja/- U T
