Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.69 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 307, 324, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that both sides are next door neighbours and on trivial issue quarrel took place, however the allegation is that the petitioner gave a blow by pointed weapon but the corresponding injury is lacerated wound and simple in nature.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Baiju Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
