JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Deceased, Savitri Kunwar was wife of elder brother of petitioner's husband whereas deceased, Neha Kumari was daughter of Savitri Kunwar. Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and the petitioner has been made accused only on the ground that there was land dispute between her husband and deceased, Savitri Kunwar.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37166 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 310 of 2014.
