04. 29-06-2017 This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 12.06.2017 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur in Guardianship Petition Case No. 6 of 2014.

After some arguments, Mr. J.S. Arora, learned senior counsel for the appellant seeks leave to convert this appeal into an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India as the same has been preferred against an interim order. Leave is granted.
