2. Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the authorities.

3. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the admitted retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid in terms of the final order passed in the departmental proceeding against him by which 10% pension has been permanently forfeited.

4. In such view of the matter, nothing further remains and the application stands disposed off.

However, it shall be open to the petitioner, both to move before the appropriate authority against the order passed in the departmental proceeding as well as to file detailed representation before the authorities concerned, with regard to any further dues which may have remained unpaid. Upon the same being done, the proceedings shall be taken to their logical conclusion, in accordance with law.
