The present petition has been filed for seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2 to make payment of Rs. 482169/- along with 18% interest for the work executed by the petitioner.

According to the petitioner, the respondents are sitting tight over the issue since 10th September, 2014.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17448 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction that in case the petitioner files a representation within three weeks from today before the respondent no. 2, the same shall be decided and disposed off within four weeks thereafter. If any amount is found due to be paid to the petitioner, it shall be released to him forthwith along with 8% interest for the delayed period.
