Petitioner wants to donate his land for the construction of building of Nav Srijit Adiwasi Prathmic Vidyalaya, Totha Baghwa in the district of Purnea. The grievance is that the respondent State has not accepted the gift.

This is purely an administrative decision of the government to accept donation of the land for construction of school building or even for other purposes. Various factors have to be taken into consideration for that purpose. It would be inappropriate to this Court to examine the circumstances/factors in writ jurisdiction. Mr. Prasad, after making submissions at some length, states

Patna High Court CWJC No.9157 of 2014 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 that the petitioner would ventilate his grievance before the District Magistrate or the Sub Divisional Officer.
