Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Chandan PS Case No. 179 of 2017, registered under Sections 30(a)(g) and 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition @ Excise Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is acquainted with others and she had taken lift in the vehicle and liquor was kept concealed inside the vehicle. She is in custody since 6.11.2017 and has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Sunita Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II Banka in connection with Chandan PS Case No. 179 of 2017.
