Although victim has named the petitioner in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C but having more or less similar allegation co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and moreover, there is nothing in the impugned order to show this fact that after recovery, the victim was medically examined or not. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra at Saran in connection
