Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The FIR is against unknown.

The petitioner is in custody after remand from some other case since 02.05.2016.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20568 of 2018 (2) dt.16-04-2018 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.369 of 2017 arising out of Arrah Town Police Station Case No.265 of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
