The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act.

Kamakhaya Singh was apprehended and from his possession fish plates and other railway properties were recovered. Kamakhaya Singh disclosed the name of the petitioner and stated that he sold the stolen articles to the petitioner but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with R.P.F. Ara Case No. 3/15.
