JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 3.11.2017, seeks bail in Nayagaon PS Case No. 107 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the police apprehended some miscreants assembled at some place and loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and another country made pistol was also recovered from possession of another accused besides other things like mobile and motorcycle. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that except recovery of one loaded country made pistol there is no other material against the petitioner and he is in custody since 3.11.2017. Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has criminal profile and has three criminal antecedents of robbery.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, presently the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
