Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60034 of 2021(2) dt.06-06-2022 2/3 period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Guthni Police Station Case No. 147 of 2021, registered for the offences under Sections 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

I have heard both sides and perused the record. Admittedly five persons sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence and the case is under investigation, there is serious allegation against the petitioner no. 1 to 5, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. Accordingly, their prayer is rejected.

Petitioner No. 6 to 9 are women and petitioner no. 10 is stated an old person, considering the allegation appearing against them, let the above named petitioner No. 6 to 10, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Guthni Police Station Case No. 147 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down
