Certain claim against non- settlement by the respondent Bank has been raised in the present writ application. The details of the dues have not only been asserted in the writ application but also corroborated by the authorization made by the respondent Bank, which are annexures to the writ application.
Looking at the nature of the dispute where there is no adjudication is required as such, the Court directs the Managing Director of the LDB to verify the position of payment etc. of the petitioner, which is rightfully due, work out the liability and make
