Mr.Sanjay Kumar Pandey, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 13-09-2021 Heard the parties through virtual court proceedings. Vide order dated 12.08.2021, a report was called for in the present case.

In compliance of the said order, a report has been sent by learned 13th Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, which is kept at Flag 'B' whereby it has been submitted that the case has been committed to the Sessions Court on 20.01.2021 bearing Sessions Trial No.30 of 2021 and presently pending for prosecution witness before this court.

Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Bail application of the petitioner is hereby dismissed. However, learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6028 of 2021(5) dt.13-09-2021 2/2 trial of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to produce the witnesses in the court as and when the date is fixed by the learned court below.
