Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he had given Tangi blow on the head of informant. The doctor has found a cut injury on the head of the informant. The aforesaid fact would be evident from the order of refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide Annexure-1 to this petition. Petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2017.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4002 of 2018 (2) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 after completing 4 months in judicial custody and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 52 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
