The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other section Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have inflicted knife blow in the abdomen of Bipin Kumar who got grievous injury. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37950/2014 with the observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months from the date of the order, i.e. 21.01.2015. The petitioner is in fact in jail since 02.08.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than a year. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
