JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 23-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Guraru P.S. Case no. 17 of 2020 registered under sections 25 (1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation in the FIR, a country made revolver and three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery as alleged has taken place from the person or possession of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. He is in custody since

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State. .

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the period in custody, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Guraru P.S. Case no. 17 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya.
