JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 At the outset, a preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Nagar Parishad, Narkatiaganj that this writ application has become infructuous as all the post retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid and for claims relating to salary of the petitioner roster is assigned to some other Bench.

Considering the objection raised by the learned counsel for the Nagar Parishad, Narkatiaganj, Mr. Satyavrat Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9534 of 2014 (4) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 present application in order to file another writ application regarding illegal recovery of Rs.4,35,000/- from the salary of the petitioner.

Leave is granted.
