The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of deceased. The deceased was married with the petitioner in the year 1997. It is alleged that on account of some family dispute the petitioner was subjecting the deceased to torture and the deceased did not even attend the marriage of Amrendra. The deceased herself consumed poison. The petitioner is in jail since 29.04.2015 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
