After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty to file appropriate petition under the contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 01.03.2011, passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 11586 of 2009.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
