2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court with a prayer for anticipatory bail which was withdrawn as having become infructuous vide order dated 17.03.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 5100 of 2025.

4. As per prosecution case, the minor daughter of the Informant, aged about 13 years, was abducted by the co-accused Lalu Kumar, with the help of the petitioner, for the purpose of

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local politics at the instance of enemies and misunderstanding of the Informant about love affairs of his daughter with one Lalu Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner neither kidnapped the Informant's daughter Khushbu nor has helped her rather due to village polices, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only on the basis of her being the relative of the co-accused Lalu Kumar. He further submits that in the statement of the victim girl recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C., she has made specific allegation against the co-accused Lalu Kumar.

The victim girl is a major girl of 18 years and has fled away from the house on her own sweet will and has also solemnized marriage with Lalu Kumar in a Temple. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is languishing in judicial custody since 09.01.2025 without any rhymes or reason. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

6. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Having heard rival contention of both the parties and considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the period of custody, the petitioner having no criminal antecedent as also the petitioner being lady, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.
