There is omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner and others and it is specifically stated that it was coaccused Upendra Yadav, who caused death of the deceased. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S.Case No. 171 of 2015.
