Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this case, whereas, counsel for the A.G., who filed counter affidavit, submits that authority slip has already been issued to the petitioner. But from the content of the writ petition it transpires that the husband of the petitioner was in service of Health Department, Uttar Pradesh and petitioner has filed this case wrongly in Patna High Court instead of filing it in the High Court of Uttar Pradesh.

In this view of the matter, permission granted to withdraw this case.
