2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024 arising out of Narpatganj (Basmatiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 21(C), 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49289 of 2024 vide order dated 22.07.2024.

4. As per the allegation in the FIR, it is a case of recovery of 100 kg. of Ganja from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the case of the prosecution has been supported

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47857 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 by several witnesses in the trial, so considering all these aspects of the case and also previous rejection order, there is no any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby again rejected.
