2. The hard copy of counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 is kept on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that pension has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.11244 of 2023 dt.21-09-2023 2/3 sanctioned vide Letter No. 1789 dated 08.09.2023 addressed to the Accountant General, Bihar for issuing authorities for fixing pension and gratuity and same to be communicated to the Treasury Officer, Munger. The Provident Fund Officer, has also been communicated vide Letter No. 1848 dated 11.09.2023 and the amount of Rs. 4,28,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Twenty Thousand) vide Memo No. 1789 dated 08.09.2023 have been sanctioned.

4. The Treasury Officer, Munger, is directed to forthwith credit all the amounts into bank account of the petitioner.

5. The petitioner, in case, aggrieved for nonpayment of any retiral benefits or has not been paid due interest on account of the delay in payment, may file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai, who will call for service records relating to the petitioner from the Circle Officer, Lakhisarai. The Circle Officer, Lakhisarai, will personally produce all the service record relating to the petitioner within two days after filing of the representation. The representation, in any case, is required to be disposed of and remaining amount is required
