The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner firstly figured in the disclosure of police spy and thereafter accused persons, namely, Dhananjay Sharma, Vinay Kumar and others disclosed the name of the petitioner. Except the confession of co-accused the police did not collect any further tangible evidence.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
