The petitioner seeks bail in Patahi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 129 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier vide order dated 01.08.2019 report regarding current stage of trial was called for, the same has been received vide letter no. 496 dated 25.08.2019. From perusal of report, it appears that all the charge-sheeted witnesses have already been examined. Summons have been issued to the doctor and A.S.I. and the trial is likely to be concluded within two months. In view of the fact that trial is at its fag end, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
