JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for payment of the outstanding rent which has not been paid by the respondent Child Development Project Officer, Shahpur, Bhojpur.

The learned counsel for the respondents, referring to the counter affidavit, has submitted that the premises in question of the petitioner has been vacated and the admissible rent has already been paid.

The learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the aforesaid position, as stated in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents.

Having regard to the dispute in question, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15945 of 2019(4) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 Collector, Bhojpur by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the Collector shall adjudicate the issue in question and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
