The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner no. 1 is sister-in-law (xksruh) and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased.

Petitioners are separate in mess & property and have got no concern with the affairs of the deceased. The allegation of commission of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus. In fact, the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself. Petitioners are ladies and have got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
