JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.02.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession and one country made Katta is said to have been thrown by the petitioner which was subsequently recovered.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Habibpur P.S.Case No 12 of 2015.
