====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Kako PS Case No. 17 of 2018 registered under Sections 341,, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 379/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that petitioner No. 1 gave single lathi blow over head of the informant in course of quarrel, Dhananjay Kumar snatched her chain and Sidhnath threatened the informant that if case is lodged he would also lodge a case under the SC/St Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between both sides, no corresponding injury was found to the allegation attributed to petitioner No. 1 and against rest two there is no allegation of assault.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Bindeshwar Das, Dhananjay Kumar and Sidhnath Das @ Sidhnath are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar Rajak, Sub Judge 4, Jehanabad in connection with Kako PS Case No. 17 of 2018.
