The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Submission is that recovery of liquor was made from the house of co-accused. Since the petitioners were there they were also apprehended. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46415 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.61 of 2019, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
