Petitioner no.1 happens to be nephew whereas petitioner no.2 is brother of husband of the deceased and no specific overt-act has been attributed against them.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
