1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make certain corrections in paragraph no.1 of the present writ petition. Permission so sought is granted. The needful be done during the course of the day.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this petition is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the concerned respondents to remove encroachment made over the land of the Middle School at Iriup Baifa Bigha, obtained through a registered deed of gift executed by ancestors of the petitioner where encroachment has been made by the private respondents, by initiating

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Circle Kutumba, District-Aurangabad, Bihar for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
