Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
