The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 191 of 2019 arising out of Gwalpara (Arar) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018 registered under sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of A.D.J.- IV, Madhepura.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37077 of 2019 on 11.09.2019. Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2019.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6595 of 2021(3) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 instant case, there is no fresh ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Earlier, his prayer for bail was rejected by this Court on merit. Hence, this is not a fit case for bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer for grant of regular bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months.
