JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2026 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.12.2023 passed in CWJC No. 19139 of 2021, the Superintending Engineer, Flood Control Circle, Bhagalpur has already passed a reasoned order dated 30.03.2024.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 30.03.2024 by taking recourse to the

Patna High Court MJC No.2294 of 2024(3) dt.13-02-2026 2/2 due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
