JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 It is pointed out that in second paragraph of order dated 25.08.2015, it has inadvertently been typed that Manish injected some poisonous substance to the deceased whereas it ought to have been typed as Nilesh injected some poisonous substance to the deceased. Therefore, in second paragraph of order dated 25.08.2015, in place of Manish injected some poisonous substance to the deceased, it be read as Nilesh injected some poisonous substance to the deceased and in the aforesaid manner, the order dated 25.08.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
