It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners prayer for anticipatory bail was allowed vide order dated 13.04.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16751 of 2017 and, thereafter, petitioners preferred modification for extension of time and the same was also disposed of vide order dated 05.07.2017 but in the second line of the said order it appears that the word rejected has wrongly been typed as it should have been allowed.

In such view of the matter, the word rejected in the second line of order dated 05.07.2017 passed in this case be read as allowed.
