1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of a direction to the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.11244 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 authority to restrain the respondent no. 7 to 11 not to disturb the possession over the property of the petitioner and also for protection of life of the petitioner under the Senior Citizen Act, Act No.22 Chapter-IV.

(ii) For issuance of a direction that the representation filed by the petitioners on 24.03.2024 before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate through registered post dated 29.03.2024 as well as other officials respondent no. 2 to 6 may be considered and take necessary action with regard to grievance of the petitioners."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Khagaria and the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
