The institution in question has moved the High Court, since the concerned university, which is said to be Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, has not taken decision with regard to affiliation, despite an inspection, having been carried out and report submitted at the instance of the university authorities.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11574 of 2016 dt.02-08-2016 2/2 Since there is a deadline, by which such admissions have to be given and courses initiated in terms of the Hon'ble Supreme Court's decision, rendered in the case of Maa Vaishnav Devi, therefore, the Court directs the Vice-Chancellor of the University to take decision on the issue within two weeks from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order. Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
