JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2017 This application is filed for modification of order dated 18.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49882 of 2016, by which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 468 of 2016 pending in the Court of C.J.M., Lakhisarai. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated time before the Court below because he, being an Army Personnel, posted at Leh could not get leave from his Department.

In view of the above submission, let the time to surrender of the above petitioner pending in the Court of C.J.M., Lakhisarai be further extended by four weeks from today in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S.
